Paying your Annual Assessment

Hello Vantage Pointe Homeowners,

The VP HOA Board announced during the follow-up to our annual meeting that “ROWCAL “ was voted as the new HOA Management company. We’ve worked to get all documents updated and are now transitioning your individual accounts. Homeowners can now resume making your annual assessment payments. You can find the payment link on the top of this and the home page or use the QR code below. You may choose to make $93 quarterly payments or pay the full annual assessment amount of $372:

  • $93 1st quarter payment due 1/1 - 3/31

  • $93 2nd quarter payment due 4/1 - 6/30

  • $93 3rd quarter payment due 7/1 - 9/30

  • $93 4th quarter payment due 10/1 - 12/31

We’re working to generate invoices for homeowners with a credit or reduced balance, as of 4/15. Homeowners will also be asked to confirm their contact details. If corrections/updates are needed, instructions will be listed. Rowcal will assume full management responsibilities on June 1, 2026.
